Arvo Workout Companion is designed to work without access to your browsing activity or Arvo account.
Data stored
The extension stores your selected timer duration, active timer state, and any optional set note using chrome.storage.local on your device.
Data transmitted
The extension does not transmit timer state or set notes to Arvo, Aetha AI, advertising networks, analytics providers, or other third parties.
Chrome permissions
Storage preserves timer state and notes. Alarms complete a timer after the popup closes. Notifications tell you when the rest period ends.
Data we do not access
The extension does not read browsing history, open tabs, page content, cookies, location, authentication data, payment data, or health records.
External links
The optional “Open today’s workout” link opens arvo.guru. Once you visit Arvo, the general Arvo Privacy Policy applies to that website and account experience.
Retention and deletion
Local extension data remains in your browser until you change it, clear extension storage, or uninstall the extension. Uninstalling removes its locally stored data.
