How do I connect or disconnect Arvo from ChatGPT?

You can connect Arvo to ChatGPT from the ChatGPT settings page. To disconnect, go to ChatGPT Settings > Connected Apps and remove Arvo. Revoking access immediately stops all data sharing.

How do I reset my password?

Arvo uses magic link authentication — no password needed. Simply enter your email on the login page and we'll send you a secure sign-in link.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account and select "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data within 30 days. You can also email us at privacy@aetha.ai to request account deletion.

How do I export my data?

You can export your workout data from Settings > Data Export. For a full data export including all personal data, contact us at privacy@aetha.ai.

How do I report a bug?

Send an email to support@aetha.ai with a description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and any relevant screenshots. We'll investigate and get back to you.
